Love God, Love People, Serve the World
We exist to be a regional family church
where the word of faith is taught
and the spirit of faith is caught.
God has called us to ‘make no small plans here.’
We believe that we are called to grow a regional family church,
where people live by Great Faith, live for the Great Commission
& Live out the Great Commandment.

We are devoted followers of Jesus. We are growing in our relationship with Him and the basics of His Word. (Romans 10:8-9, Colossians 1:28-29)
We are all a work in progress. We are humble, teachable, self-aware and are transformed by wisdom from above to live a life pleasing to the Lord. (Romans 12, James 3)
We are happy and we show it. We love the Lord, His people, His Church and His Word so it’s easy to laugh and be a joyful, fun, optimistic, positive, friendly and cheerful person and church. (Philippians 4)
We are rooted in love. We know and believe God loves us so we are free to generously love, give, serve others. (1 John 4)
We are impacting our sphere of influence. We walk and talk the good news of Jesus to make an eternal difference in people’s lives in every way we can. (Romans 10:13-15, 2 Timothy 2:2)
We see everyone with leadership potential. We believe both men and women have God-given serving and/or speaking gifts as well as other spiritual gifts that are to be used to build His church. We continually work to equip, train, empower and release leaders within their gifting to be more effective in building His church and making disciples. (1 Peter, Romans 12, 2 Timothy 2:2)
We believe it’s important to stress the essentials of Christian truth rather than get sidetracked over unimportant issues. The thing we all have in common is that we exalt Jesus Christ as Lord and we believe the Bible is the Word of God. The following statements reflect the foundational truths that we emphasize.
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. Genesis 1:1,26,27, 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. Matthew 1:22, 23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14,15; 1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Romans 1:3,4; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Timothy 6:14,15; Titus 2:13
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. We believe in a second work of grace subsequent to salvation known as the Baptism with the Holy Spirit which provides the Christian with power to be a witness. The Holy Spirit provides us with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily. 2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13, 14:16,17; Acts 1:8; 2:1-4, 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:18
The Bible is God’s Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error. 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20,21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105,160, 12:6; Proverbs 30:5
People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”. This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1, 2
Salvation is God’s free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. Romans 6:23;10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:6, 1:12; Titus 3:5; Gal 3:26, Rom 5:1
The Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of Grace, beginning at the time of a person’s acceptance of Jesus and continuing until the high point of Salvation, which is Christ’s return. Hebrews 12:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 2 Peter 3:18, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Philippians 3:12-14, 1 Corinthians 1:30.
People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence. John 3:16; John 14:17; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:17-18; Revelation 20:15; 1 Cor. 2:7-9
Healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith, and by the laying on of hands. It is provided for in the atonement of Christ, and is the privilege of every member of the Church today. It is God’s will for you to be healed! Mark 16:18; James 5:14-16; 1 Peter 2:24; Matthew 8:17; Isaiah 53:4-5
